1. What this is

This software is used by the studio you are booking with. Your agreement for the class, rental, or pass is with the studio. Their cancellation and refund policy applies. We do not set that policy, and we do not take your money — the studio does, through Stripe. We are a facilitator.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account or the email you use at checkout.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, abuse, or unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or unlawful use.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee availability, that a class runs, or anything about a studio's services. Those are the studio's responsibility.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted for consumers in your jurisdiction, our liability is limited. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

6. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. The studio also receives your details as its own controller for fulfilling your booking.

7. Changes

We may publish updated terms as a new version. Each checkout records assent to the version then in force.
